At Action Hobbies, we feel that in order for you to get the most out of your remote control investment, you need resources to help you know and understand how your remote control vehicle works and how to fix it when it breaks.
Repair
We provide repair services for all remote control vehicles. We charge $30/hour for labor plus additional parts if needed.
Return Policy
Unopened merchandise such as non-electronic parts may be returned within 30 days with receipt for IN-STORE credit only!
All Sales are Final for the following purchases: Radios, Quads, Platforms (including: Cars, Trucks, Boats, and Airplanes), Electronics and Non-Stocking Special Orders.
Faulty Merchandise:
We are more than happy to help troubleshoot faulty merchandise issues but if we cannot easily fix the issue, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly. Merchandise that has been used and damaged by the Consumer absolutely cannot be returned. The manufacturer wants you to contact them for several reasons: 1) They keep track of defective issues to make their products better and sometimes have known issues. 2) They are more than happy to send you a new replacement part and oftentimes a new item and will do so immediately right to your home. Please remember that we are a small business retailer and we do not manufacture the items that we sell. We try to be reasonable and fair with our customers but please don't expect us to return an item that you knowingly have damaged.
